CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE AND ENTRY TO THE VENUE
1. Festival X (“Event”) is presented by Hardware, Onelove and Live Nation (the “Promoter”).
2. These conditions govern the supply of all tickets (including complimentary tickets) to the Event that are issued by the Promoter, or the Promoter’s authorised ticket seller and allow access to the venue where the Event is held (including all areas under the control of the Venue owner or hirer, the “Venue”) (“Conditions”). As the individual purchasing or holding the ticket to the Event (“you”, “your”) agree to the following Conditions. These conditions work in conjunction with the Promoter’s authorised ticket seller’s terms and conditions (“TicketTerms”).
Festival X Conditions of Entry
Entry is at own risk. The right to refuse entry is reserved.
There are strictly no pass-outs (exit and re-entry) at any FestivalX event.
We are an 18+ event only, no exceptions. Valid Photo ID is required for entry (Passport, VALID Australian Driver License or Keypass / Proof of Age Card). Overseas Drivers License, Student University and/or Public Transport cards will not be accepted.
All patrons entering the site must have a valid ticket. Patrons on site without a valid event ticket or accreditation will be ejected immediately.
Any person that is intoxicated or under the influence of an illicit substance will be refused entry and evicted from the venue.
Scantek will be onsite and in operation. ID may be scanned on entry.
Security Staff are entitled to search, pat down or metal detect any patron upon entry or during the event.
Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.
No ticket refund will be paid to any person who is ejected from the Venue. Drink token refunds (if applicable) will not be issued post event.
A person may be ejected from the event where that person:
- Uses foul or abusive language or makes racial or threatening remarks or gestures;
- Is deemed by event management to be displaying offensive, disorderly or unlawful behaviour;
- Enters the event or other restricted internal area without proper authorisation; or Fails to comply with these conditions of entry or a lawful request from Venue staff.
The following items are not permitted to be brought on the site by patrons:
Glass, Liquids of any kind (see below), Masks, Cans, Metal Containers + Objects, Flares, Fireworks, Laser Pointers, Knives, Scissors, Glowsticks, Portable Seats/Chairs, Eskies, Alcohol, Umbrellas, Video Recording and Digital Cameras (inc Go Pros), Audio Recording Devices (not including mobile phones), Weapons/Dangerous Items, Aerosols, Studded Belts, Illicit Drugs, Sporting Equipment, Food and third party promotional material (such as stickers & flyers).
NO liquids whatsoever are permitted on site for security reasons (and possible smuggling). This includes perfumes, creams, eye drops, hand sanitizers, vapes, sunscreen etc... There is free water and sunscreen provided on site at various multiple locations.
Any medication requried must be in an unbroken non-glass bottle/blister pack and accompanied by a doctors note. Patrons should email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of this so we can keep a register at the gate to avoid issues.
All bags/containers are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Certain confiscated items can be collected from the cloakroom via security.
Bags over A4 in size are not permitted. Bum bags will be thoroughly searched and slow down your entry, at the gate.
You may be filmed at this event for the purposes at the sole discretion of FestivalX. CCTV is in operation at all times. No recording devices such as video cameras or audio recorders are allowed on site. Professional cameras of any kind are not allowed on site without authority from the Promoters.
By entering these events and using our medical facilities you consent to FestivalX having access to your medical information as recorded onsite.
While all care is taken, FestivalX accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any items deposited in the cloak room.
As we are a licensed venue, FestivalX has a dress-code! At a minimum, a singlet, t-shirt, bikini, crop top etc... must be worn at all times. Footwear should be appropriate (thongs are not acceptable, and open toe footwear is not advised).
Anyone inside the event not wearing a top will have their wristband removed and will be ejected from the event.
Masks are NOT PERMITTED. Faces must be visible at all time.
OMCG and other Gang related symbols, tattoos, clothing or uniforms are NOT PERMITTED. Patrons wearing outfits imitating state, government or uniformed workwear are NOT PERMITTED.
Dangerous activities will not be tolerated. This includes aggressive moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, climbing or gang behavior. No intimidating behavior will be tolerated including posturing or “surrounding” patrons. Patrons participating in these activities will be evicted without right to re-entry or refund.
The Promoter accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities. Please arrive and depart in an orderly fashion. Respect our neighbours at all times.
In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, please follow all official directives.
If you feel at any time your or anyone else's health or safety is threatened, please contact the nearest security guard, crowd care or first aid personnel. There are first aid and crowd care officers on site at all times who can be contacted by security.
The Promoter and the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the premises including (but not limited to) injury sustained from dancing, amusement rides or noise from music.
Any and all footage taken by patrons on camera, mobile phone or any recording device is subject to Copyright Laws. FestivalX and its artists give no permission for filming, photographing or any recordings.
Where used in any public medium (including all social media formats) without written authorisation from FestivalX, FestivalX may prosecute.
Line-up is subject to change without notice and varies in each city.
